You are able to quickly generate work orders, print copies and automatically save to the powerful database. This software application transforms your current antiquated paper and filing system into a highly functional computerized system. Accurate reports ensure maintenance work is completed so your residents stay happy and resident retention is achieved. Service Master is designed to eliminate the dreaded duplicate work order. When you start a new work order Service Master checks the entire database for any outstanding work orders for that unit and any outstanding orders are displayed before you make a duplicate. This feature saves valuable time for both office and maintenance staff. |
